An integral part of Shamus’s team, Dominika began her real estate career in 2009. With a wealth of experience in end-to-end property management, account management and compliance, she has worked alongside Shamus at Watkins Real Estate for almost 10 years. Originally from Poland, Dominika is fluent in both Polish and English and has been a Sutherland Shire resident for more than 15 years. Extremely well-organised and diligent, Dominika specialises in residential property management and has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate administration. She currently oversees the rent roll of numerous properties – a responsibility that involves all aspects of property management, from leasing and maintenance to inspections and dispute resolution. With a working knowledge of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as well as insurance claims processing, Dominika also takes care of all aspects of office management, compliance and staff training.<br /> Priding herself on establishing and maintaining open, honest and positive relationships with tenants, landlords and creditors alike, Dominika’s outstanding communication skills and problem-solving abilities mean she can successfully resolve any issues that may arise during the course of a tenancy.
