After joining the real estate industry in 1993, Shamus became proprietor and operator of Watkins Real Estate with his brother, Michael in 1996. Having lived in the area all of his life, Shamus’ connection to the local community extends beyond that of a regular real estate agent.

An integral part of Shamus’s team, Dominika began her real estate career in 2009. With a wealth of experience in end-to-end property management, account management and compliance, she has worked alongside Shamus at Watkins Real Estate for almost 10 years. Originally from Poland, Dominika is fluent in both Polish and English and has been a Sutherland Shire resident for more than 15 years. Extremely well-organised and diligent, Dominika specialises in residential property management and has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate administration. She currently oversees the rent roll of numerous properties – a responsibility that involves all aspects of property management, from leasing and maintenance to inspections and dispute resolution. With a working knowledge of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as well as insurance claims processing, Dominika also takes care of all aspects of office management, compliance and staff training.<br /> Priding herself on establishing and maintaining open, honest and positive relationships with tenants, landlords and creditors alike, Dominika’s outstanding communication skills and problem-solving abilities mean she can successfully resolve any issues that may arise during the course of a tenancy.

Helen has been a resident of Sutherland Shire for over 40 years and 35 years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, specialising in Property Management.</p> <p>Helen’s strengths include excellent communication and customer service skills with organisational, mediation and multitasking skills to keep everything running smoothly.<br /> Having owned her own Franchise for over 20 years, Helen is now our Director Of First Impressions and Administration.<br /> Highly reliable and respectful, Helen works with efficiency, professionalism and precision.
