After joining the real estate industry in 1993, Shamus became Director and Operator of Watkins Real Estate in 1996. As the head of a boutique real estate office, he is known for his strong industry knowledge, practical mindset, and no-fuss, direct approach to real estate.</p> <p>Having lived in the area all his life, Shamus has an in-depth understanding of the local market and community, allowing him to provide clear, straightforward advice and effective property solutions without unnecessary complexity.</p> <p>Over the years, he has been involved in key developments within the Sutherland area, contributing to the ongoing growth and improvement of the local precinct and surrounding residential communities.</p> <p>Shamus is recognised for his honest communication style and ability to cut through issues quickly to achieve practical outcomes. Senior Property Manager
An integral part of Shamus’s team, Dominika is a highly experienced Senior Property Manager with over 15 years of real estate experience, having begun her career in 2009. Contributing strong leadership across end-to-end property management, account management, and compliance. Originally from Poland, Dominika is fluent in both Polish and English.</p> <p>Highly organised and solution-focused, Dominika specialises in residential property management with a strong emphasis on property renovations, improvements, and value-add strategies. She has extensive experience coordinating maintenance, upgrades, and refurbishment projects, ensuring properties are presented and maintained to a high standard while maximising long-term asset performance.</p> <p>In her senior role, Dominika oversees all facets of property management, including leasing, maintenance, inspections and dispute resolution. She also has a strong working knowledge of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) and insurance claims processing.</p> <p>Known for her strong problem-solving abilities, Dominika builds and maintains professional relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and outcomes are consistently well managed throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
